the integrated video card on my T61 Thinkpad laptop went bad, I searched on the internet, it seems that the only way to fix it is to replace the motherboard, can you do it and how much if you can?

Yes, I can replace it. If you end up to need to replace motherboard, then it may or may not worthy to do it. I can check it for you, see what the real issue is. Normally, I recommend you buy a new laptop, as it is not expensive now, and also the new one runs faster. You can transfer all you data from old laptop to new one.
