The thermal fuse of the dryer was broken several times. The repair man said the vent needs cleaning. Any recommendations on the dry vent cleaning service? Can it be done DIY? Thanks!
To clean your dryer vent periodically is important house work, every homeowner should able to diy. But unless your dryer vent has clogged solid, I doubt it will cause a thermal fuse broken several times. Make sure you are not overload your dryer. The things like Jeans and towels are very heavy when they are wet, overload them will easily cause the dryer busted.
