据我所知，不但没有汇丰，花旗也没有。这些银行虽然很大，但不是所有的州都有分行。

你要是来到这里长住，就开个新的银行帐户吧。

也希望更了解情况的朋友来说说。

HSBC has a loan production office set up in Atlanta in July of 2011. But they cannot conduct banking services. Furthermore, they do not offer RMB products in USA for individuals. The only bank that offers RMB CDs/accounts is East West Bank, heqdquartered in California. East Wets Bank has branches in Atlanta and they do offer RMB CDs/accounts (with some restriction, subject to China's SAFE legislation). SAFE is the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
