杨世纲乒乓球学校创佳绩

        在刚结束的2012年 Butterfly  Thanksgiving  Open 比赛中，杨世纲乒乓球学校一队勇夺季军。此次比赛一共吸引了来自全美的400多名乒乓球选手报名参赛，其中2400分以上的选手多达30位左右，他们中有美国国手，中国，欧洲，非洲等职业选手，比赛竞争非常激烈。
        
        杨世纲乒乓球学校由杨教练和朱教练亲自带队，组成了5队，一共有18个队员参加了此次比赛，其中年龄最小的8岁，最大的 20岁。最后由陈子豪，于文奇，高百祎和David  Gong  组成的一队在高手如林的冠军组比赛中夺得第三名的好成绩。范明，Brian Hu  和 Jason Zhang 组成的二队在 A组比赛中取得了第三名的好成绩。值得一提的是在这次比赛中杨世纲乒乓球学校涌现出了一批非常有潜力的小队员，他们不畏强手，敢打敢拼，取得了非常好的成绩，同时美国乒协的等级分也有了一个飞跃。特别是二个月前刚从亚城另外一个乒乓球学校转过来的 David Gong 更是发挥出色，战胜了3个2300分以上，2个将近2300分的选手，记得他刚转过来的时候，孩子和孩子家长的情绪都很低落，对乒乓球几乎快失去信心，在技术上也走了许多弯路，杨教练和他的教练组根据David的 情况及时制定了专门的训练计划，在训练中不断的鼓励他，争取让David在短时间里找回自信，果然在这次的比赛中David 发挥出色，找回了自信。

       另外还有有几名队员发挥出色，他们分别是 Evan Zhuo ( 美国乒协等级分1260) 战胜了5个1750分以上的选手， Patrick Lin (美国乒协等级分1303)战胜了2个1800以上，2个1650分以上的选手， Brandon Koh （美国乒协等级分1406）战胜了1个1900分，7个1700分以上的选手， Emilie Lin （美国乒协等级分1560）战胜了3个1700分以上的选手，Brian Hu（美国乒协等级分2017）战胜了2个2100分以上，2个2200分以上的选手，Tina Qin （美国乒协等级分1636） 战胜了1880分的选手，Robert Landlord (美国乒协等级分1530)战胜了2个1700分以上的选手，Jason Zhang （美国乒协等级分1959）战胜了2个2100分，2个2000分以上的选手，Leihan Xu (美国乒协等级分1140)战胜了一个1800分，一个1700分，一个1650分的选手。另外两名队员Jerry Yao 和Albert Zhang 参加了在另外城市的一个比赛，他们在比赛中也战胜了比自己等级分高的选手。从这一数据可以看出杨世纲乒乓球学校的整体实力在上升，这些小队员平均年龄在12岁左右，最小的才8岁，在训练了2-3年的时间能够有一批队员达到这样的成绩实属不易。杨教练始终认为实力证明一切，成绩是硬道理，只有自己训练出来的队员拿到成绩才能说明一切。经过这次大赛家长们看到自己孩子取得进步，对教练们充满了信任和感激之情。

我的孩子在杨教练那里学球才两年，每周两次，现在已经快1800分了，进步真的很快，真心的感谢杨世纲乒乓球学校的每一位教练员。我孩子能够有这样的教练而自豪。

Glad to hear that David Wang made big progress this time, as current result, he should be above 2300 and best of 8 within all player s for Cadet boys singles. In two weeks, we all wish David can win for US Cadet team, that's his dream, hopefully, you can help him to make the dream true and prove you are a big coach.

If the boy did not make to the national team, the coach will say: the boy's mental not good, the technique is wrong (learned wrong techniqu from other club), or competition is too strong. Anyway, the coach always find way to explan this is nothing to do with me. However, if he made to the team, the coach will take all credit. Other coachers hard working has nothing to do with this. For example, we all know that Atlanta has produced two national team players and both of them has trained from different coaches. One of player has trained for more than 10 years through more than five very good coaches before make to the junior national team. Other boy has trained from two well know coach from NY and Huston befor make to the national team. We all understand you trained them and helped them to make the team. But you can not take all credit because it is really not fair for other coaches who also worked very hard to train them. Thank you.
