Metrocity bank ( 美豊银行）未经我的许可，擅自从我的账户汇出$23000.00到我不认识的账户。 我多次要求他们返还我的钱， 他们不给。 有没有好的律师推荐。谢谢各位。

此事涉嫌诈骗已超出商业纠纷的范畴，应该报警。

很难想象会发生这种事。
你应该提供更较多信息来证明你的结论。比如银行有没有法院的判决书，银行是否说是在调查中，或你自己认为可能发生什么误会。
银行并非不可以转你的帐，只是必需要有充分的法律理由。要知道银行也明白你会打官司啊。

如果你说的是事实，或者是银行系统出错，或者是人为操作失误，或者是犯罪行为。这应该很容易确定。

I'm with with BOA for years and every time if I need to withdraw money from my account with my bank card, no matter it's $100 dollars or $1000, I need to punch in my PIN number in order to do so. So, the chances of getting money from other people's account was impossible unless you are a computer hacker. Of course, an ATM machine is just a machine, it might make computer error from time to time though.
至於Metrocity case, I don't buy the story unless LZ disclose more details about it. 另有內情。
