我Email地址受法律保护吗？

"Are you kidding?  I receive tons of spam email and junk mail.  There is no such law to protect us from receiving all kinds of email.  Some of them could contain virus.  One days' email could take your whole life to sue and catch them.  Do you think it is necessary?  Unless you were the member of Shanghai Association, Yao found your email address from one of their leaked email.  All members' email address were exposed at that time and you could sue the Shanghai Association for their wrong doing.  BTW, Yao is a member of the Shanghai Association too.  It is not that difficult to find her."
