大中华超市停车场伤了我的车

I'm not a lawyer, just want to share my opinion: check if there is any stipulations in relevant law or legislation regarding the standard of facilities in parking lot, if there is, see if the parking facilitie which damaged your car is in conformity with the standard, the person taking charge of the facilities will accordingly be responsible for breaching the standard requirement and failing to maintain the facilities. If there is no such stipulations regarding the standard, the relevant industrial standard should be abide by the relevant businesses or persons. If there is no standards above mentioned, reasonable attention and reasonable expectation of or from an ordinary person in usual situations should be the reference being considered by the court if the case being sued in court.

Go ahead, sue them.
I like to see which dumb attorney is going to take your case on contingency basis.
I seriousely doubt you are willing to pay their fee in front.
This is one frivolous case.

Please, please sue them and report back.
