推荐一个0.9c/min的电话卡talk86，秒杀其他电话卡服务

Recharge is very simple, just PayPal $1 or $10, and you get the amount deposited into your account in a few seconds.  Why worse?

With Talk86, I have 15 local numbers to reach 15 China numbers already.  Not sure what the limit is, unlimited?

You can use some access numbers that will not bind your phone, and you can always unbind your phone by dialing 999-YOURNUMBE.   It's clearly stated in the FAQ.

Talk86 doesn't have a control panel for now, but if they raise the price to provide a control panel, I'd choose NO control panel for a low rate.

Please show me the link to set up local number to reach China number.   

to dial a different access number if you don't want to auto-bind a phone number is so straight-forward.

this is half-retarded too, similar to auto-bind phone number and use a different access number to not auto-bind.

I guess the fact is these days most ppl have their own cellphone and very few use public phones.  Therefore almost all Talk86 access numbers have auto PINless enabled, but only a couple of numbers doesn't have this feature (for users using public phones).   This is good, as I hate to punch a lot of keys to manually add a PINless number.

Talk86 is smart enough to know that if you are calling from the public caller ids (Google Voice or Skype), PINless is automatically disabled.  It also recognize some company outgoing numbers.

Direct Forwarding (especially automatically set up, again I hate manually set things up) is a cool feature, too.

auto setup is cool, but without the capability for customers to configure their own forwarding number is too bad.

说实话经常拨打的电话也就是3，5个，自动设置足够了。音质相当不错，和GV差不多，比原来用过的电话卡好。如果你拨打国内的电话银行号码，很多电话卡都不能输入0-9数字的，Talk86完全可以。

不知道Talk86目前的价格是否能够长期维持下去。可以一次付几分钱，而且提供通话记录和退款保证，可以搞猫腻儿坑蒙拐骗的路子基本都被堵死了。

现在其他的电话服务都在涨，在这里老发广告那个rebtel都涨到每分钟2.9c，三倍于Talk86！

为什么经常拨通后没有声音，可是有算分钟数。这种情况怎样处理？
