有人认为花20万去Duke，Chicago不值，但对有些人来说这20万很值。比如有些人这20万并不算很大的负担，希望换个地方上大学，等等。

是的。Atlanta 周边，收入不错，房价不高。看看下面这个：

Smart people do not need to go school, less smart people have to go to school. least smart people go to average schools. not at all smart people go to Duke, or Chicago, Yale, MIT, or Harvard.

Kids in China failing the national entry exam are going to Harvard, MIT, Chicago or some other expensive schools. This is the current situation.
