I did some search. The rooms in that hotel is $25 per night or $155 per week or $495 per month with furnished, weekly cleaning, and utilities. That price is very cheap and expensis could be high.

I do not think such price is for travellers. Most people who travel may not want to live in such low cost hotel.

Only 50% occupied.

However, if you want to do more investigation and form a partnership. I may want to invest some.

Comercial properties like that is much more risky.
