hard to totally agree with you. all depends how long you can hold the house ---from 1962 to now? similar case we saw on apple stock: about 1997-1999, it dropped to $1! but, if you bought & hold ---compared with your example, which one be better? tell the story is so easy & every one can do. but,  timing is the key & is very very hard to catch on time!  |
