I love this place! I come to Pearl Lian pretty regularly (or get take out pretty often).
Great space, atmosphere, and decor. The restaurant is very clean and the servers are always great.
I usually get either Pad Thai, massaman curry, or pad see ew. I've tried the sweet lime curry, egg drop soup, and hot and sour soup. Everything is always really yummy!
Today, I went in for lunch and wanted to go Japanese so I had: seaweed salad, geisha roll, and Alaska roll. My boyfriend got the sesame chicken lunch special.
I have no complaints with my meal - everything was great! Geisha roll is definitely my new favorite. I tried his sesame chicken and I was REALLY impressed. It was probably the best sesame chicken I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating.
Pearl Lian is definitely not "authentic" Chinese/Thai/Japanese food but I feel that they do a good job with the fusion. Their food is definitely Americanized but still very good.
I'm Chinese, so I think it says something when I genuinely enjoy their food despite the fact I don't consider it "authentic."
I always stop by Pearl Lian whenever I'm in Johns Creek and craving Asian. |
