Just mailed a check along with a notes saying:
For Wang's family only, not for any kind of  compensation for Dr. Toor's family.
I want to make sure that Dr. Toor's family can not go after our donation.  Please look into the legal issues related to this.

Thanks for reminder, That's why we did not announce the total amount in public. We check one of our lawyer, she think it should be ok in Fundation special account. We do our best to protect it.
