When you are unhappy with a person's conduct, stop saying to him "have a nice weekend", "happy hallowen". Those niceties are reserved for people you like. The guy did not deserve any nice weekend or hallowen. The guy needs to work on weekend and hallowen to complete his job. If you want to be polite, just say "regards". We are his customer. We pay him. He cannot deliver on time. Why does it sound like that we owe him? Dont you notice the guy didnt even say "regards"?
Let's have some authority next time dealing with these people. Remember, when you hire a lawyer, you are the boss, not him.
