种族歧视无所不在，美国法官颠倒黑白

本案的最大错误，没有请律师。种族歧视是大案，Self-Represented 恐怕不是最好选择，原告太自信了。

楼主对案子的总结好像与原告在上诉书中所说不一样。

这就间接说明，此案胜算不大。

律师都是为挣钱的，如果案子胜算大，种族歧视案赔偿很高，应该有人愿意接案。

本案上诉后，被告方曾要求和解，但是被原告拒绝。最后上诉法庭维持原判：
The district court properly granted summary judgment on Shi's discrimination and retaliation claims because she failed to create a triable issue as to whether the defendant's legitimate reasons for dismissing her were pretextual

这位护士学生的上诉里总是说，如果按照对她最有利的解释，这个种族歧视案是成立的。(Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to plaintiff, this is a clear case of discrimination.) 这不是自己拆台吗？

她批评初审法庭按对学校最有利的方式解释证据，但她却要求法庭按对她最有利的方式解释。这好比指责初审法官偏向对方，而要求上诉法官偏向自己。她这个水平如果赢了官司才怪。

我估计没有律师接她的案子是因为她不愿意先付律师费，而律师不愿冒如果输了官司一分钱费用都拿不回来的结局。
