This is a fraud company, and many people have complained. Please add yours to this page, so we can put together all our comments, and complain to Sprint together.
It is not just Chinese. I had worse experience with American cheating company. The company claimed that they are Verizon Agent, and do sell Verison. $200 rebates was denied anyway. Verizon customer service always give their phone number for me to call. Finally I checked Small Buziness Bureau and it was the most being complained company.
Be careful too about online sales!
