I do not think such price is for travellers. Most people who travel may not want to live in such low cost hotel.

The only good airport hotels are those near Delta campus and Camp parkway convention center. The location for this one is bad. most are local poor people or drug dealers. Since the occupancy  rate is low, you can not get a regular commercial loan. (cash, bridge loan..)

Other customers are truck driver as there are many warehouses near airport or driving through cheap customers. most people traveling  by air will not go this level hotel.

Very good points. Commercial properties are not evaluated by its building cost. They are estimated by net rental income. This property may not worth its asking price of $1.2 Million.

俺这理疗的退休后也去那，肯定有正事做。你说都在那聚齐了，能不好好掐掐，必有伤筋动骨的。你说呢？
