驱逐房客， 求建议！

所以说，住户还是会提前知道被驱逐日期。
大的破坏或许没有，因为或许吃官司。但也说不准，如果没钱，吃官司也不会赔。
小的破坏可能免不了。像楼下说的，要淡定。

Eviction is always the last thing that the landlord decides to do. Unfortunatelly it happens often. There are people's who can't manage their financials or they don't put the landlord's interest on top of the list. I used to have a couple who always struggled between rent and car payment. Eventually they couldn't make the rent payments and I had to evict them. There wasn't any intention to damage the property, but the wearing and tearing were way enough for me to spend money. On top of that, they stole the refrigerator which was worth about $150. I know what it is like when it comes to evict your tenants. So get in touch with eviction company that provide labor. The Mashall only helps maitain the order so the tenant will go crazy on you. it's pain in the butt. You have to face it.

So the tenant won't go crazy on you.... sorry for the typo.

Marshal 不告知租户被迫搬离的日子，你也不告知，那就是突然袭击。这好像不合常规。建议查一下法院文件，是不是你有责任告知租户，责任清楚后，便按法院判决办。
好像租户应当知道最后期限才能强迫搬出。

为这事，我打了两次电话确认，两个不同的人一样说法，法院不会通知，房东自行决定。

上庭听证那天, 法官己明确告知双方租约终止曰期. 租方最多不得超过此终止曰期撤出. 超过这日期, Marshal 压阵强行驱逐. 不存在突然袭击. Enough is enough .  Time to get your house back .
