Very simple:

If you have G-mail, you already have an online goggle drive. Log into your gamil and click on the square block it will take you to the goggle drive- the triangle symbol.  For install offline goggle drive, see this:

Once you have goggle drive, just select the directory/file drag and drop to the goggle drive, then share that directory to either public or whoever you want.
