Based on the story, it seems 老郭 HARDLY check the credit report, eviction history, and criminal background.  Also, why didn't you ask for casher's check for security deposit?

1,go to same website.
2,find "Dispossessory Actions" on left,
3,double click, Dispossessory Actions,you can Dispossessory Action's Forms on right side.

Thanks for reply.  I saw 5 different dispossessory forms.   Are they all called eviction form in general?  Which one should be used in filing the eviction?

您可按老郭说的，只需要打印两份“Dispossessory Proceeding，一张白的：Sheriff's Entry of Service”即可。
