强烈建议不要用自行车胎剪一个垫圈。
建议拆开后，拿着拆开的零件去Homedepot， Lowes, 或者：Burnside  Plumbing Supply， 3457 McDaniel St，Duluth, GA 30096-3763，(770) 476-2595, 等装修商店，那里的工作人员会给您满意的答复。（部分话抄了6楼老侨写的）

我也有这毛病, 说是吃"前列康"的一种药能治好, 有试过的吗?

漏水是指照片里下面的出水口漏水。问题是来自下面的出水口(spout)，还是上面的开关（不知英文叫啥）？ 应该拆卸修理哪个？

请给位大侠指教。

I fixed same problems two times one in my rental (moen), one in my own house(delta). If you are the first owner, it will be free, google internet. I got a free moen (1225) and a free delta cartridges. I do not know it when I fixed the moen leak, I bought one from HOME Depot for $22. I called 1-800 #(google it) later. I still have the spare one in home. Most moen will be 1225. I believed the one in the picture is also 1225. It is very easy but you may try several times to get the HOT and COLD correctly.

我是27楼。我家也是Delta。事实上几乎所有厂家都有life-time warranty.你只要打电话，厂家就会给你寄来。一般要邮寄费。你可以到指定商店（home depot)去取，可以免去邮寄费。如果你不知道零件的型号，你可以照一张照片给厂家，他们就会给你查到。如果产品太老，厂家会给你匹配的新产品。

所有这些，有一个条件：你必须是该产品的第一个owner。比如你买的新房，就可以。但是厂家不需要证明你是第一个owner的材料。
