Which phone is better? From your experiences, what is your recomentation?

据信息反馈，现在iPhone使用者和即将购买者居多，欢迎安卓（Android）粉丝前来砸场子。

本人用了一段时间的blackberry，也用了一段时间IPhone。
现在是应用为王的时代，所以请谈谈如何真正用好SmartPhone，而不是把它当一种时髦和时尚。

IPhone为什么这么流行，首先IPhone是最早让触摸手势流行起来的智能手机，其响应速度和准确度获得了突破性进展，达到了实用化程度，这是IPhone成功的最主要原因。为了达到这么好的效果，IPhone有一个很强大的显卡和很高分辨率的屏幕，屏幕分辨率达到960X640，远远超出以前传统的掌上设备，当然那个IOS也做了很多优化提高响应速度。在这么小的屏幕上达到这么高的分辨率，其法宝就是提高PPI（即每平方英尺点数），其PPI高达326。对比一下标准的22英尺LCD显示器（1600 x 1024），其PPI是 86.3， 所以这么小的屏幕加很高的分辨率在显示图像的时候就会显得非常清晰锐利。当然这也带来另外一个颇具争议的问题：伤眼睛。

以前看公司主管用黑莓手机安排日程，觉得很酷！等到公司发了黑莓手机给我，每天看着日程表发愁---会议太多了！

It will depend on your situation. Considering the following factors:

1. Cost. Cost including the phone cost and the plan. If cost is not most important factor for you, I would recommend you to consider iPhone, Motorola made Android phone, I don't have enough Windows phone experience, can't make recommendation

2. Functionality. The functionality now is not depending on the built-in feature, it's all depending on the application you can download from app store. From that perspective, iPhone has the most application (over half 500,000)

3. Simple to use and user friendly. iPhone, Android phone, are all user friendly. Depends on which one you get to used to first

4. Durability of the handset. iPhone, Blackberry, Motorola made Android phone are more solid. Can't speak for Samsung or LG as I don't own their phone long enough.

5. Batter life. Depends on the manufacturer. All smart phone suck power if you are a power user.

6. Signal quality. All 4 major carriers (Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile and Sprint) have good coverage now. But due to the heavy traffic caused by using phone to get on Internet, especially by iPhone users. It started affect the signal quality for AT&T users in the past two years. Verizon started offer iPhone not long ago, the problem hasn't started yet. Hope they can do better.

7. Carrier and Plan. If you are on family plan, you have to consider carrier and plan factor. You like certain phone, like iPhone, or certain Android phone, but only ATT or Verizon offer it. You are not only need to pay more to get the phone, and you also need to move your family plan to either ATT or Verizon, meaning, potentially cost to move.

Could be more factors, phone style, color, ...

Sure, just like the Pager in those days, it looked cool to wear a pager, representing a kind of status, but not cool have to answer pager in the middle of the night or weekends.

Same thing happened with the smart phone. It's not the problem of Blackberry, or any other specific type of phone. It's the problem brought by smart phone in general: Smart phone, especially iPhone and Android phones now,  brought us to the era mobile Internet, the era of doing things any time any where, or work any place any where. You got no place to hide and no excuse to hide.

Plus, it is also the problem of your responsibility at work, too many meetings!

用过的iPhoneS 与 Android Phones 基本上每天需要充电，有时一天到不了头。BlackBerry 2-3天充一次电。
源于使用经验，不代表普遍性。

You are right, it is a fact that Blackberry battery appears lasting longer. Mainly because most of the Blackberry users are NOT using it to do things like access Internet, GPS, or using other applications sucking power other than using email. Certainly, comparing just use email, Blackberry's battery may last longer than iPhone or Android phones.

Again, depending on the way of use. NOT using any power drain application or feature, all smart phones batteries last reasonably long enough.
