I just want to point out that GW provides some services that H-Mart does not: for ground pork, what I do is to buy pieces of the regular lean cut and ask the staff to grind it up - you can tell then to grind once or twice depending on your taste. The stock ground pork always look too fatty (no matter GW or H-Mart or regular groceries). And you never know what goes into it. Therefore this solves the problem. You pay for the price of the regular cut, just a bit more expensive. It's well worth it.
In general, my experience with GW has been mostly positive. There were occasionally cartoons of sour spoiled firm tofu, however it's no more frequent than from other groceries. I also had one positive encounter with the customer service desk.
