回嘎大人话：没有去，人多的地方基本上找不到我。再说“园林”聚会的都是“绿色大拇指”，我是“断指”种啥啥不活，我还是忙着找房子吧，一边看房，一边看景，不亦乐乎！

谢谢您翔实的亲身经历分享，看来碰到差房客够烦心的。

看到周围的朋友都有滋有味地做起了地主，咱也曾动心，但一栋投资房也没买成，老公也尽泼冷水，嫌麻烦。看了您的文章，更觉得地主不是那么好当的，没有金刚钻，真不敢揽这瓷器活儿啊。

it is NOT difficult to have the writ issued. Renters usually do not have a case if they do not pay. However, it is a lot more difficult to get them out especially they these people kow how to BEAT the system. In order to truly evict them, you have to have sheriff's presence. Gwinnett County Sheriff schedule is full, it may take a month or two. That means they can stay there for FREE.
