新房买卖 2016年

有好学区的新房，总能看到中国人和印度人。我也发现最近他们的人是多了些。在johns creek这一片的印度人本身的素质和中国人有一拼，只是在卖房的时候，他们的房卖起来要费力一些，因为做饭的习惯，外族裔的人不太能接受那种味道。

今天我带人去看新房，Edgebrook ( Daves Element, South Forsyth Mid, South Forsyth Hi) 今天开卖，有两个建筑商共建100多户，房价$270k---$350k，4-6个bedrooms，2.5---3.5bathes, 今天是其中一个Builder开张，车水马龙的，我只得把车停在马路上。共66块可盖地，截至今天下午1点钟，已经卖出22栋，疯了，这那是卖房？卖菜也没这么夸张！！！
