请教在Cobb County买投资房

本人个性不喜欢扎堆,所以想避开万众瞩目的东北地区,到西北地区去买房,很喜欢那边的自然环境。

在这里请教诸位地产达人,如果在Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock 等地买投资房,
这些地区的发展前景是否光明啊?
买多少价位的比较合适?
以上地区的好区在哪里?
现在是否为出手的好时机? 还是等到今年年底大选结束后再投资?

Houses in Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock are not as cheap as in the Gwinnett and the rental return is not as big as Gwinnett. There are fewer foreclosured houses too.

I bought a few ones since last year in Cobb county. The competition is high too for good opportunities. You have to dig into it to get good deals either by yourself or by a good agent.

Meanwhile, for rental houses, you may want to buy the properties close to where you live for easy management.

Yes the competition is fierce. Really good ones last a day or so. When spotting a gem, you got to act extremely fast.

If  you let me know your search criteria, I can keep an eye on the market for you and notify you IMMEDIATELY if something good comes up. A few of my recent sales are like this. These clients got the lowest price EVER in the same neighborhood. I'm watching the market for a few others.
