面积基于heating area计算

(房屋面积小于2500sqf，收费250美金，
大于2500sqf, 收费280美金，
大于3500sqf， 收费350美金
大于4500sqf， 收费450美金）
大于6000sqf， 收费500美金）
townhouse：
（收费220美金
如大于3000sqf，收费250）

距离太远，会酌情加收trip fee 50美金

检查内容：
包括：基础，结构，外墙，内墙，屋顶，保温，通风，电力，采暖，排水，空调，白蚁等全面检查(此项检查包括房屋隐患检查的全部内容)

I used a couple of inspector for my rental properties. Lao Zhang did a very good job compared to others.

我是老张的客户，他为我检查过2套房，卖过一套房。我的感觉他是挺认真负责的， 价格也很合理。我个人感受到的最大的价值应该是利用他的检查报告来促使装修师傅提供合理装修报价（一般情况下，当你不知道问题所在，或修理成本时候，装修师傅有时提供的报价要高几千美金。那时候我就直接告知他们，检查师老张认为这个问题的维修成本不应该超过多少，这种策略还挺有效的）。
至于报价单中提到的增值服务，我没有使用过(好像是新的内容，上次老张为我检查时候没有提到)，所以无法评价。
但是总而言之，我觉得是值得的。

He provides very good service. The price is attractive too. The problem is he is so busy and have to book the time one week earlier.

Disclaimer:  This is my first post here. I do not know Mark well, only had a brief encounter with him two years ago when  he showed me some properties. He impressed me as a very honest agent.  I ended up finding a property myself.

I ordered his service C today. He did a thorough job cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent.  I had no idea the dryer  vent was filled with blockage and lint build-ups. Knowing a potential dangerous fire hazard was eliminated  is a small investment  brings peace of mind for my family. Mark also did some spot inspection for my property free of charge. I will definitely hire Mark again for his service.  Like I mentioned earlier I do not know him well,  I am just a happy customer sharing my experience and highly recommend his service if you happen to have such needs.

Prices are good.
