How to evict an unauthorized tanent

My tanent has a roommate whom I didn't have any agreement with, now my tanent moved out, his roommate didn't want to move out. How I can get him out of my property? Should I go through regular eviction process? or I can call police to get him out which is consider transpassing?
If you have a good real estate laywer I can consult with, please let me know.

Don't spend money on Laywer. Call police to kick him outfor transpassing.

Just call the cop to kick him out bc he had no agreement with you at all as he is Illegal

Thank you for your suggestions, unfortunately, i have to go to eviction process to get him out. I called police, it doesn't work.
