银行搞坏我信用，我该怎么办

本人在metro city bank 貸款買房，今天去美國銀行辦信用卡，銀行通知四月份有一個30天沒還房款記錄。隨後去美豐銀行理論。銀行承認我沒有拖欠，每次及時還款，但又一直拖著不處理我的bad credit....我應該怎麼辦？

保存你们沟通的书面证明。自己发信给该银行的legal department about your dispute,或者直接发给credit bureau。
如果自己发信他们不理会，或者你嫌麻烦，可以找找你们地区相关可以做信用修复（credit repair)的律师楼或者公司。费用可能要几百。

Just wondering if JIYE can direct go to metro city bank mortgage department and provide the proof documentation which already paid on time and have them to help to call/email credit report company to update credit supplement report ? It will be fast and cheaper if credit bureaus and credit card bank are not helping any....
