This project is considered a low risk investment due to the known production potential of the Stockton #2 well and the production rates of the recently drilled Mitchell #3 and #4 wells. 问： Do all your 投资美国石油项目 need income over $200K? Thanks


答：No, smaller oil operation company will not post such high income requirement.  For indivudual investors, I will suguest spread out the funds, invest only $30-50k per project, and each project should have 4-6 wells.  With this investment strategy you will own a franction of 4-6 wells, and receive incomes from wells' oil production.  

Oil well investment are higher risk, but good for high tax payers.  Because the investment amount are 100% tax written off over the years, first year is 75% of investment amount.  It is almost use tax money to invest and enjoy the benefits of income if any.

The newest opportunity I just posted, it is a single well project, I usually do not recommend.  However, this well is already drilled, and ready for production this week.  For this reason, the risk of holding investors funds and don't know when they will drill the wells, and if the wells are productive or not... Those risks are limited in this project.  Also the payout waiting time is shorter. Should be around two months to receive the first oil check!
