It is foolish to buy houses here in US as the house price in China is going quickly. In Beijing, if you buy a house today, you will double or triple or 100% or 500% times your investment in 5 years.

If you want to become a foolish person, you can buy houses in US, if you want to become smart people, you would like to buy houses in Beijing or Shanghai.  As the price of houses over there continue to increase, your profit over there would thousand times higher than here. Be smart and take action to buy houses in Beijing or Shanghai.

A lot of well-known professors and economists predict that house price in Beijing or Shanghai will increase tremendously in next 5 years, and next 10-20 years. If you buy a square feet apartment over there, it is better than you work in US for 10 years as a professional engineer.  That is the basic math.

It's gambling. Buying real properties for investment is the same as you buy stocks. No one actually can guarantee the future prices of your properties. But over all market trend is growth unless there is a major crash in the market. In my view, the real property markets in China contain huge bubbles. Until they burst, the prices are too high now.

1.地税,出租收入所得税,卖出的资本所得税,跟美国居民木有区别,赠与的时候有赠与税,绿卡公民的遗产有525万的免税额,如果不报赠与税,就从中525万中扣除;外国人遗产就只有可怜的6万的免税额度哦

来美国买房子就像参加文化大革命是。这是一个错误。

让我们再回到中国来买房子,这是一个明智的决定。

1)房屋价格迅速上升
2)没有物业税
3)如果你已经买了,它是永远属于你。
4)有庞大的人口基数,每个人都想要的房子所有的时间。
5)来自世界各地的人们都在中国投资。在市场一片大好。
