The Reserve at Settles Bridge, Lennar Atlanta’s new upscale community in Suwanee, hosts its grand opening on Saturday and Sunday, March 8 and 9. And as a special introductory promotion, Lennar is offering The Reserve at Settles Bridge buyers up to $7,500 in closing costs and up to $20,000 in options.
