我觉得凡事还是小心细致为妙,不能靠经纪人门外汉拍脑门断定这么复杂的东西,多找专业人士看看没错

作为一个经纪人的业绩不仅仅是fmls里的closed的独立房,还有很多其他类型的房源数据,比如联排房,农场,土地,没listing的新建房,商业,签约等待过户的,还有gmls里的,很多。我也很感兴趣,查查他,你那个数只是closed single house.

Interesting post. Here is the key point:

Even for well maintained hard coat stucco house:
1. Buyers who does not know stucco will stay away from stucco house due to its bad reputation.
2. Buyers who understand the in and out of stucco house will also stay away due to resale issue of item-1.

It's bad cycle. So I always so no to my client when they express interests in beautiful and well maintained hard coat stucco house due to the reasons above. There are many other good houses out there.

In deed, it's no brainier to tell synthetic stucco from hard coat stucco. No agent knows everything, giving time more knowledge shall be gained to better serve clients.
