我受华强律师委托，向亚特兰大的华人社团传递如下呼吁。
全国性的华人组织，UCA（United Chinese American），委托洛杉矶著名华人律师华强/Qiang Bjornbak，组织律师团队，起草一封律师信函，就YouTube上的Rap/饶舌歌曲，《遇到劫匪/Meet Flockers》，向Google总裁/CEO，Mr. Kent Walker，提出要求。现在华律师的已经起草/英文版文件如下。

| and should be immediately removed from YouTube as such. |
| The lyrics of Meet the Flockers(see p_w_upload) and the video content speak themselves. In the video, twoAfrican youths break into the residence of a Chinese family absent at themoment, rummage through it, and help themselves to articles that do not belongto them. The accompanying song Meet theFlockers, simultaneously instigates these criminal acts against the Chinesein sickening detail: “Find a Chinese house..., |
| you find a crew and a driver..., thatplasma... that laptop, go and get that jewelry box....” |
| Furthermore, the lyrics uses the offensiveracial slur, the “N” word, 11 times! |
| Not only such blatantpromotion of crime and racial discrimination violates YouTube’s CommunityGuidelines, it will disturb and shock the conscience of any decent person, includingresponsible corporate citizens such as Google. We urge Google and YouTube toreview and immediately remove Meet theFlockers from the YouTube website; or, otherwise, explain to us why this offensivemusic video does not violate your Community Guidelines and should remain asis. |

饶舌歌“遇见劫匪”违反Youtube 的规定
亲爱的Walker先生，
我想提请你注意，音乐视频“遇见劫匪”在2014年5月26日在YouTube上发布。我们认为这个歌曲包含“有害的和危险的内容”，违反了Youtube 的准则，应该立即从YouTube删除。
“遇见劫匪”（见附件）的视频内容的歌词不言自明。在视频中，两个非洲青年闯入一个主人不在的华人家中，翻箱倒柜，抢劫不属于他们的东西。“遇见劫匪”的歌曲
同时鼓动针华裔的犯罪行为。这些细节令人作呕：“找一个中国家庭......，你会发现一名船员和一名司机...，等离子......那台笔记本电脑，去弄该首饰盒......“此外，歌词还带有种族污辱，在11 处用了黑鬼的字眼。
不仅如此明目张胆的犯罪宣传和种族歧视违反YouTube社区准则，它会干扰和冲击任何像样的人的良心，包括负责的企业公民，如谷歌。我们敦促谷歌和YouTube审查并立即删除迎接来自YouTube网站的音乐视频“遇见劫匪”;或者，否则，到2016年12月1日以前， 向我们解释，为什么这个令人作呕的音乐录影带没有违反YOUTUBE的准则， 还继续保留在那里。
