是呀，太便宜的房子agent很难赚钱的。
想想看，几万的房子，一千不到的佣金还要交好几百块给公司。
个人agent很难赚钱。
如果agent是你朋友，他还可以帮帮忙吧。
否则，只能像李先生一样，找借口推了（这也是他的一种礼貌的回复吧, 不要抱怨吧）

建议通过朋友推荐吧。我就是通过朋友推荐的agent为我买便宜的房子的。

买几万的房子和几十万的房子，agent花的时间都差不多，便宜的房子可能还更费时，因为要修、
要解释的地方太多。人家agent花同样的时间，当然要挑收益最好的。你买房子的不也一样捡便宜吗？！

not exactly,  I think the middle man should be cut. So the seller gets more and the buyer saves more.  heard of e-agent,  but not sure if we have here in atlanta.   If you are an investor, the agent just opens the door or tells you the entry code to the house.  I don't see any value input that a house transaction has to have.

你要是能自己直接买卖，不用Agent当然最好。
