Coincidentally, in the name ofanti-terrorism, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency oftenexceeds the bottom line of legal ethics and collects personal information ofcitizens. Even in the face of criticism from all sides, it hasnever closed the "monitoring door." Facts once again prove that theUnited States is a well-deserved "monitoring empire."
