Interested. I think that you should go with credit check, which is more common. Expelling record should include a few people, who must have very bad credit first.

Client First property managment only can run ($50 for checking credit, background and eviction history) any person who is leasing or going to lease from "Client Frist" clients/landlords.
If you are not Client First property management clients and they can not assist any services on this matter.
