如何查询房客是否被驱赶的记录？

有朋友告诉我，如果租房人有过被驱赶(eviction)的记录，可以从county的网上查到。

请告知如何查询。

Interested. I think that you should go with credit check, which is more common. Expelling record should include a few people, who must have very bad credit first.

如果您的房产在Gwinnett， 可以到 http://www.gwinnettcourts.com 去查. 在首页，在 Last Name处输入房客的姓，点击search，如果他的名字出来了，并且后面有“ DISPOSSESSORY ”， 那么他就有可能被过驱逐过。

Gwinnett法庭有我好几次DISPOSSESSORY记录。 不过我都是驱逐者。
