请问公民为兄弟姐妹办移民要准备那些材料

再次谢谢4楼详细的回答，所以第一步，只是我需要填交I-130， 不需要国内任何材料？
我十年前也问过妹妹，她有好工作，好生活，不愿意移民，现在要办，也是为孩子留学容易点。想想我们出国多年，家里老人的生活，病痛都是姐妹照顾，这是唯一能为她做的，我很担心需要她在国内准备太多材料，她嫌麻烦，不办了。。。。。。看你的说明，松了一口气。

国内材料 only  needs copy of your sister's birth certificate (that is notorized birth certificate);

In short, Here is a document  list you need to submit to USCIS:

1. Completed I-103 Form (fill out the form)

2. your US citizenship citificate

3. Your birth certificate copy (notorized))

4. Your sister's birth certificate copy (notorized)

5. A check for application fee.

You just send this 5  documents to USCIS. Among them, Item # 3 and 4 can prove you and your sister's relationship.
