改变计算机Regional Language Setting，或者安装Google Input 可以输更多汉字。

I figure out the best way is
1) do a POA. Power Of Attoney
2) find a house
3) before closing, wire the money directly to the settling law firm, so there is no IRS issue about money transferring to person account or setting an LLC since the title or owner is your relative in China.
4) do whatever things after purchasing using POA
