房客没有割草怎么办？

搬进去快一个月了，一直没有割草，而且看上去不象准备要割的样子。
房客是50多岁的老夫妻，不象是恶意拖拉的样子，可能就是力不从心，慢慢来的样子。
我查了我的租约，居然没有提割草的责任是谁的，下次记得在租约上写清楚了。
以大家的经验，这种情况该如何处理？常识上来讲，是房客的责任，还是房东的？

你的租约上第几条提的割草的责任？
我想帮他割草可以，但是我要向他收费的。
一般半英亩的地，包括前后院，收费多少比较合理？

你的合约没写，就是房东割。

合约上没写，那就不是房客的责任，房东出力气，费用也不应该他们负担。别因小失大吧。肺腑之言。

13. UTILITIES.
Tenant shall be responsible for arranging and paying for all utility services, such as natural gas, electricity, water required on the premises. Tenant shall not default on any obligation to a utility provider for utility services at the House. Tenant shall be responsible for taking care of lawn, such as cutting grasses if they are more than 4 inches tall. The Landlord is responsible for paying the normal household weekly trash collection fee.

什么割草、清洗房子外围、蚂蚁、等等，只要是合约里没写的，又没有Georgia租约法规定的，房客就没有任何义务和责任。那当然就是房东的事了。

I use GAR lease form. All utilities and trash collection fee should be paid by rent and lawn is maintained by tenants.

一切按合同办，你没有道理让房客割草。如果不想自己麻烦，可以跟房客商量，修改合同，降低房租，让房客割。

今年你得自己割草, 明年续签的时后再加进去让房客割就好了.
