为什么会有素质如此低下的人？

刚搬来亚特兰大不久，今秋小儿就要进小学上课，同时也希望送他上周末的中文学校，在查询各中文学校情况时看见一篇公告在现代中文学校的网站上，http://www.acca-web.org/index.php/Announcements/announcents-for-all，相信学校在自己的网站上刊登如此公告，肯定进行了事先调查，也就是说确有其事。看了公告后，我为有人做出如此卑劣之事感到愤怒，168上有许多正义的网民，大家应该谴责这种恶劣行为！海外办中文学校是件不容易的事，有人再这么借外力来内斗，何时安宁？

我初来咋到，看见不平之事忍不住说几句，请大家支持！

That was an old announcement. Many people know he is a very famous figure in the Chinese community. He is even famous in the 168 here.

Most people are able to distinguish what is right and what is wrong, although there are a few bad apples out there.

Don't know. We just need to use our best judgment to avoid those people.

Anyone is suspicious if he or she bad-mouth other people/organization publicly without communicating with them privately and trying to solve the problem first .
