当贺梅姐弟三人出现了孟菲斯国际机场，当地人在惊呼。尤其是12岁的贺梅。这么大了
，贝克都在惊叹。

贺梅目前的情况：12岁，身高1.4以上，家住在一个漂亮的富人区（带室内与室外游泳
池），就读于重庆某“贵族学校”，三好学生，成绩全A，说流利汉语，汉语语文96分
，数学96.5分，英语就不用说了，在班上名列前茅，多次获奖，会弹钢琴，会打乒乓球
等等，很多课外活动，从来不需要补习功课，在学校有很多朋友，与弟妹关系很好，据
说不少男生喜欢她，她很得意。

整个旅程的费用都是由罗秦支付，购买了来回机票，原定八月底回去，但贺梅说要做暑
假作业，因此将返程提前。

这一路三个小孩自己从北京乘DELTA航空公司飞机，转机到孟菲斯。罗秦因需要上班，
只送到北京。罗秦说，她从来不在贺梅面前说贝克的坏话。这次临别时，她告诉贺梅：
带着弟弟、妹妹，一起去，一起回来。

之前，贝克想去中国看望贺梅，但是没有经费，顶多通过计算机视频对话。ABC的一位
资深记者多次跟我联系，主要是关于贝克家与贺梅联系的事情，我都予以了审慎地支持。

贝克表示，贺梅的家在中国，但希望他们能常来度假。这个贝克，总算是知道了基本的
道理。当然了，他已经打到美国最高法院都输掉了，还能怎样呢？
老美有一点不错，输了就服输，然后开始合作。

(MEMPHIS 7/01/2011) -- The young girl who moved to China with her biological
parents after an international custody battle that ended in 2007, is back
in Memphis.

12-year-old Anna Mae He arrived at Memphis International Airport Friday. She
was with her brother, Andy and her sister, Avita. Anna Mae's parents, Jack
and Casey He, did not make the trip because they do not have passports.

Jerry and Louise Baker, who raised Anna Mae until she was nearly nine-years-
old, were allowed back beyond the security checkpoint to greet Anna Mae and
her siblings as soon as they got off the plane.

A number of other family members waited anxiously for the group to come to
the main concourse.

There were a few anxious moments until someone spotted Anna Mae.

"There they are," shouted someone in the crowd.

"It's just an answer to our prayers," Jerry Baker said. "There are no words
to describe it."

Louise Baker still had tears in her eyes. "I couldn't believe how grown she'
s gotten, how big," she said about Anna Mae. "It's wonderful seeing her. It'
s been almost four years. She looks great."

For so many years, Anna Mae called the Baker kids her siblings. She shared a
room with Aimee. The two were inseparable from the moment they spotted each
other at the airport. They held hands as they rode down the escalator
toward the baggage area to pick up luggage.

"Aimee, What's it like to see Anna again?" We asked.

"It was very happy for me," she said.

We asked Anna Mae if she was happy to be in Memphis. She responded with a
smile and a nod.

The joyful emotions we saw at the airport Friday, are far different from the
heartache the Bakers felt when they said goodbye to Anna in 2008. The
Tennessee State Supreme Court ended years of courtroom battles in 2007, when
it granted custody of Anna Mae to her biological parents, Jack and Casey He
. The couple moved back to China with their three children.

Those who loved Anna Mae in Memphis wondered if they'd ever see her again.

"It's just been a struggle trying to work out where we could get them to
come," Jerry said. "Louise and Casey worked as hard as they could to make
this work."

The once strained relationship between the Bakers and the Hes, who battled
so bitterly in court, is now described as cordial. The families talk almost
every week, and the Bakers say they accept the will of the court, meaning
Anna Mae will return to China.

The Bakers say Anna Mae, Andy and Avita are just here for the summer. Andy
is expected to have surgery while he is in the United States.

"Is there any hope that she (Anna Mae) would stay forever?" We asked.

"Oh, no. her home is in China," Jerry responded. "We're just tickled to have
her. If we could work this where they could come each summer. That would be
great."

The Bakers say they simply plan to have fun. Anna Mae has a lot of new
people to meet. The Bakers have four new grandchildren.

我与贺邵强已经很久没有联系了，昨天看到网上有人传言，说贺梅来了美国度暑假后，
贺邵强对美国媒体说贺梅不适应，回国是错误之类。我于是立刻与贺梅母亲罗秦联系，
要到他的新电话，开门见山的问他：是否最近与媒体谈到贺梅的事情。贺邵强予以了简
单的否定。他现在在安心工作，早已不跟媒体接触了，最近根本没有向任何媒体说任何
话。我只能说，那些别有用心制造谣言的家伙非常的卑劣。

关于贺梅来美国度假的事情，他说他是不太赞成的，他希望他们过两年再来，让小孩有
更多的时间融入新的环境。不过，他说贺梅与母亲非常亲。他非常骄傲地告诉我，贺梅
成绩特好，中文水平已经超过班上大部分学生。当然，这些我已经知道了。

至于他与罗秦之间的家事，说句实话，我的一个基本原则是不介入其他人的私事,这种
事情根本不属于我应该干涉的。过去，他们发生争执，每个人对我说的抱怨与对方说的
都存在对不上的地方，这是典型的观点差异，导致对事实的不同解读。这次，我把罗秦
说他的一些话转述给他，他基本承认，当然也补充了一些背景。贺邵强与罗秦都属于那
种没有心计、非常诚恳的人，我跟他们说话从来都是极为直接。

我问他上次见到小孩是什么时候，他说是今年春节。三个孩子都到了湖南。但我忘了问
在一起多长时间。贺最后说，他很想恢复让这个家庭恢复正常，已经亲自、还有通过家
人跟罗秦说过很多次了。前次，我问罗秦在个人生活上有没有变化，罗秦予以了绝对的
否定，罗秦说她希望贺到重庆去。而贺则在湖南买了房子。

有人说贺邵强想回美国。我可以肯定地说，如果他回来，他是要以一个光荣的身份说I
am back。

另外，我向罗秦询问了这次贺家三个孩子来美的费用问题，罗秦确认，所有费用（如往
返机票）都是她支付的。而且，她还给贺梅一些钱，叫她交给贝克，作为这段时间的生
活费。

5:00贺强调，要让贺梅继承汉文化； 贺说，他在美国拿到两个硕士，在美国却只能洗
碗、做全职清洁工，在中国却大有用武之地，你能意识到这个区别吗？然后CNN记者追
问，在美国当清洁工赚多少（2000美金），在中国赚多少(5000RMB），然后CNN记者说
你看在美国赚两倍。贺然后分析了CNN在贺梅报道中对贺梅现状歪曲。

最后贺强调，贺梅案是中国人的胜利，正义从来不是被赋予，而是赢得(Justice is
never given, but won).

贺梅姐弟妹三人平安回到中国

北京时间2011年8月16日，贺梅姐弟妹三人经过20小时的旅途，终于从美国孟菲斯回到中国。

其旅程是从孟菲斯去西雅图，然后乘DL129航班与当地时间21点41分抵达北京。沿途贺梅负责带好弟妹，顺利转机回国。

贺梅在美期间看望了当年帮助她回到父母身边的SIEGEL律师。

贺梅的弟弟则在美国进行了一项手术。据罗秦说，本来手术可以在上海做，但美国医生以高价索取资料费，最后迫使罗秦决定还是在美国做。手术花费约7千美元--当然都是罗秦付的。

罗秦在重庆买了价值100多万的新房子，正在忙于装修。

三个小朋友虽然一路旅途劳累，但还是蛮有精神的。现在正在首都机场附近的某宾馆休息，准备明天在北京玩，然后在下午乘机回到重庆。

今天有人又要跟我讨论贺梅案的意义。我还是耐心解释了：这涉及称为父母权的基本权利，也就是父母根据自己设计培养小孩的权利，说穿了是文化延续权。你不能说，老子有钱，就可以抢人女儿，还要把人家父母害死，已达到独家占有的私欲。老美之所以关注贺梅案，因为这是美国剥夺汉人父母权的案子。老海华大多麻木不仁，不知此案涉及基本权利。如果有人喜欢小孩，这本是好事，小孩就算喊这人做干爹、甚至爹也不算什么，但如果那干爹要害死小孩亲爹妈、剥夺其父母权，那就是灭绝人性了。

对方总是听明白了些。

什么是邪恶？一个人希望其他人倒霉、受苦，这就是邪恶。


善良则相反，是一种希望别人好的心理。


贺梅案其实从根本道理上极为简单：就是一对父母要要回自己的亲生女儿。


任何善意、良心的人都会认为这是一个可以理解的人之常情，如果这对父母遇到什么困难，善良的人们会设法去帮助他们。像贺梅案中支持贺梅的很多人，他们的动机非常单纯：要让母亲与自己的女儿相见。


邪恶的人不是如此，他们希望看到的是这对父母失去女儿，饱受家破人亡之痛，他们支持贝克彻底剥夺贺罗的父母权，要把贺梅与其母亲变成完全陌路之人。


即使再田纳西最高法院明确事实，贺家根本不存在抛弃贺梅，判决贺梅必须无条件回到贺家，贺梅如果有任何不适应都是贝克非法强扣贺梅造成的之后，这些邪恶的家伙仍不死心。他们开始继续用谎言粉饰其邪恶心理。


他们继续散布的一个谎言是：贺家当初把小孩送给贝克了。


但这已经被证明是一个谎言。参见下文：


总有人说贺家在贺梅生下不久就把她送给贝克了。这种说法相当无知。事实上，贺家最初找到贝克家照看小孩是通过少儿法院与教会的一种慈善服务。之所以挑中贝克，是因为他们家注册充当临时FOSTER HOME，之前照看过10多个类似情况的小孩，经验丰富。这个抚养是确定时限的：三个月。

贺梅案真正的关键点是，在最初这三个月之间，贺家在少儿法院签了一份监护权移交文件，贺家把贺梅的监护权给贝克了。

根据贺家的作证，当时贝克说需要给小孩办一个医疗保险，而办保险需要贝克是贺梅的监护人，当时由贝克聘请的律师KEVIN WEAVER解释，监护权移交是临时的，只是为了办保险。贺家在得到再三保证之后，就签了这个文件。

贝克则作证说，不是这么回事，当时说好让贝克抚养贺梅成人。

两个故事截然不同，必有一方说谎了。初审CHILDERS法官断定贺与罗的可信度为0。

但 是，另外两名在场的证人，Pastor Yao （一位牧师兼翻译）与法庭的工作人员Sara Cloud都一致作证说，当时就是为了办保险，而且一再强调监护权移交是临时的。这两人的证词与贺家证词相同，而与贝克证词相反。不仅如此，SARA CLOUD还作证说，当时贝克与贺家在此问题上是一致的 (见附文证词）。

实际上，贝克方在策划签订这个监护权文件时早已找了KEVIN WEAVER的律师咨询，询问了剥夺父母权的事宜，并做了相应计划。后来，正是KEVIN WEAVER以贝克律师身份启动剥夺贺罗父母权之程序。

其实，从贝克启动剥夺贺罗父母权一事就可以看出，那个监护权移交是临时的。如果是抚养到成人，那贝克也就根本无须去剥夺贺罗的父母权了。

无论谁在撒谎，在法律上，贺梅案的定论如下：
【The Supreme Court ... emphasized that any threat of harm emanated not from the Hes but from the system that unlawfully maintained A.M.H. in the Bakers’ custody some six years after she should have been returned to her parents.】

be in agreement?

有点明白了。

有人想耍流氓，可没有被抓现行，于是就像什么事都没有发生。。。
有人生了孩子自己不想养，就琢磨着占别人便宜让人家养。。。
有人使用假文件被移民局发现，要被赶走，可发现打官司能赖在美国不走，于是就突然爱心爆棚。。。
。。。 。。。

呜呼！有人就是这样被抬上了民族英雄的圣坛。。。

这难道就是我中华之美德哉？
